"Prevention is better than cure" – This is not just a slogan, but a practical action taken at the HMG office during the recent Fire Prevention and Fighting (FPF) training session.
Recently, HMG collaborated with Fire Police officers to organize a training session on fire safety knowledge and skills for all employees. The event saw the direct participation of the Board of Directors and staff from all departments, demonstrating the "Safety First" spirit throughout the organization.
Practical Knowledge Update Moving beyond dry theory, the sharing session by the Fire Police officers addressed the most urgent issues today. Common fire risks in modern life were analyzed in detail:
-
Electrical short circuit risks in offices and homes.
-
Hazards from small items such as mini gas canisters, damaged/swollen phone batteries, and lighters.
-
Especially: Safety notes regarding electric motorbikes – a topic of significant concern in recent fire safety discussions.
Escape skills and situational handling upon detecting a fire were also guided specifically to ensure the safety of oneself and colleagues.

Practice Makes Perfect The most exciting part was undoubtedly the practical drill. All HMG employees directly handled fire extinguishers to "combat" simulated fires. Under the dedicated and strict guidance of the instructor, HMG members:
-
Clearly distinguished the uses and operations of dry powder and CO2 extinguishers.
-
Practiced pulling the pin, choosing the upwind position, and decisively extinguishing the fire.
The atmosphere was serious yet enthusiastic. The Board of Directors also participated in the drill, spreading a decisive spirit in fire safety efforts.
Message from the Leadership Concluding the training, what remains is not just the skill of using a fire extinguisher, but a shift in awareness. HMG Leadership emphasized: "Proactive prevention is better than firefighting." The safety of the company and each individual lies in our daily caution.
Hopefully, after this training, every HMG member will become an on-site "firefighter," ready to respond and protect a safe and professional working environment.
