Summit®

Summit is a dwarf high-alpha variety bred by the American Dwarf Hop Association in the U.S.  Released in 2003, it has unusually high alpha acids content, excellent storage stability and powdery mildew resistance.

Alpha acid: 13.5-17%

Aroma profile: Spicy/herbal properties such as eucalyptus and pepper combined with an exceptional vegetal overtone of celeriac, lovage and wild garlic. Citrus elements such as grapefruit, fruity cassis and floral lily-of-the-valley subtly round off the overall picture.
