PHA® Classic
PHA® Classics are a great way to lift the aroma and flavor of standard and premium lager style beers, non-alcoholic beers, and beverages such hop waters. They work alongside other flavors within your beverage to add pleasant, recognizable aroma and flavor fractions from hops.
Manufacturing: Produced by CO2 extract, aqueous in propylene glycol carrier & available in water-based
Application: Added without prior dilution to beer either before or after the final filtration by metered injection into a turbulent beer stream during transfer
Shelf life: 2 years
Available varieties: Citrussy, Floral, Spicy, Fruity, Herbal, and Woody
