Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in the trade of high-quality ingredients for the beer and distilling industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by developing new client relationships, managing a portfolio of existing accounts, and serving as a knowledgeable advisor to our partners in the beverage manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities to expand the company's market share and client base.
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, including breweries, distilleries, and distributors.
- Technical Consultation: Provide clients with expert knowledge on product specifications and tailored recommendations.
- Education & Knowledge: A background or strong interest in brewing, distilling, or food science is a significant advantage.
- Sales Cycle Management: Lead negotiations on pricing, contract terms, and delivery schedules.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in B2B sales. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in the brewing, beverage, or food ingredients industry.
- Education & Knowledge: A background or strong interest in brewing, distilling, or food science is a significant advantage.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally.
