A high oil content with diverse characteristics is what makes Ekuanot hops such a brilliant hop variety. It was developed by the Hop Breeding Company by crossing Warrior with a wild hop variety to coax a higher yield, and the glorious result was a superbly bright and zesty flavor and strong aroma.
Alpha acid: 13.9-17.5%
Aroma profile: Vegetal notes, sweet fruit, floral, citrusy and herbal aromas.
