Mosaic®

Derived from Simcoe®, Mosaic® was developed and released by the Hop Breeding Company in 2012. This US hop features an enticing balance of floral, tropical, fruity and earthy flavors. A high alpha acid content makes Mosaic® a great dual-purpose hop but it’s strength lies in its smoothness and distinctive aroma that work particularly well in pale ales and IPAs.

Alpha acid: 10.4 – 14 %

Aroma profile: Predominant aromas of tropical - pineapple, mango and passion fruit flavors, fruity flavors of tangerine, lime, gooseberries and cassis, floral, grassy and herbal notes, springtime scents of blossom and rose, and the herbaceous wintery perfume of pine.
