Sabro®

Sabro® was released in 2018 by the Hop Breeding Company (USA) after two decades of development. Sabro® hops are the result of cross-breeding Neomexicanus (wild New Mexican hop varieties) to create a uniquely complex fruity and creamy hop variety.
Alpha acid: 11.6 – 17%
Aroma profile: Fruit flavors of tangerine, pineapple and peach, remarkable creaminess, with strong coconut and vanilla aromas, hints of cedar, dill and mint.
