Aroma profile: The aroma in Saaz hops are predominantly spicy, woody ones, such as tarragon, lavender, and cedarwood. In addition some floral and sweet components, such as elderberry, rose and camomile, and cream-caramel nuances of honey pleasantly round off the flavor profile.
